IT Service Desk Analyst (3mth Fixed Term Contract with potential to go perm)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team, based in our National office.

Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, the purpose of the role is to work as part of the IT Service Desk team to be the first point of contact for IT queries and issues, and to address or escalate issues where required.

You will have previous experience in a similar role with a working knowledge of Windows XP, 2000, NT, MS office, MS outlook, HP Service Desk, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Windows 2000 server & Citrix.

Formal qualifications/Certifications in IT as well as exposure to ITIL will be highly regarded.

As a large component of your role is customer service related, naturally you will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers with varying degrees of computer literacy.

As this role services national customers, flexibility to work between 8.00am-7.00pm is required.
